irot builds software for small and medium manufacturers in Germany. Four programs, each for one job that a works manager actually has — and irot Kalibrat and irot Time also run on your own server if you would rather not use a cloud.

The four programs

irot Kalibrat — Test equipment, workplace safety and the records an audit asks for — ISO 9001, IATF 16949, BetrSichV. Access is currently by invitation; there is a waitlist.
irot Time — Working-time tracking under German law: clock in on a phone or a terminal, checked at every entry.
irot Erstmuster — First article inspection reports to VDA Band 2 and PPAP, read out of the drawing.
irot 8D — Complaint handling: an 8D report in your customer's own form, checked before it goes out.

54 templates, calculators and checklists from those four programs — free, no sign-up, no email address. 41 are in German because they compute German regulation; 8 are in English and 5 in Spanish. They include working-time tools that compute the law of their own country — the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the Estatuto de los Trabajadores — not German law with a translated label.
