irot ZeitPro: time tracking at a flat €25 per month
Recording working time is a legal duty – at the latest since the ECJ and Germany's Federal Labour Court said so. It doesn't have to be expensive: irot ZeitPro costs €25 per month for the whole company, regardless of headcount. The annual plan is €225; a perpetual licence for on-premises use is a one-time €750.
People clock at the terminal on the shop floor, with the app on their phone or in the browser – even offline. Working-time law checks along in the background: maximum hours, rest periods and breaks are monitored automatically, and night shifts across midnight land on the correct working day.
The month closes with an export for accountants and payroll – checked, rounded by your rules, with shift premiums. irot ZeitPro runs as zeitpro on gnavo.de, where it can be tried free of charge.
