irot ZeitPro goes modular: time tracking from €9 a month
Time tracking is mandatory – and has been since the 2022 ruling of Germany's Federal Labour Court, if not earlier. It doesn't have to be expensive: irot ZeitPro is now available as a modular offering. Basis costs from €9 a month and includes everything the German Working Hours Act requires – clocking in on the phone and at the time clock on a tablet, a Working Hours Act check on every entry, time accounts, monthly records and leave management.
On top of that, there are five modules, each booked individually and cancellable monthly: Shift planning, Projects & job sites, Payroll & DATEV, Flexitime & working-time models, and an AI assistant. If you need more than two feature modules, take Komplett from €25 a month.
The price depends on the company's size band – up to 5, 15, 30, 60 or 150 employees. Within the band, a new colleague costs nothing extra. Pay annually and you pay for ten months; if you'd rather buy than rent, run ZeitPro on your own server for four years at 30 times the monthly price.
irot ZeitPro runs under the name ZeitPro on gnavo.de, where you can try it free for 30 days – all modules unlocked, no payment details.
